Warranty of 7 years covers the manufactured parts and components of the Cantaport Series. Warranty will be void upon the structure not being installed as per the manufacturer's installation manual.
Prior to installation, please refer to the installation manual as per the manufacturer's instructions.

Incorrect installation procedures can result in damage to the structure and injury.
The installer or DIY installer is liable for correct installation procedures as per the installation manual and liable to provide warranty on their workmanship for a period of 5 years.
Maintenance
Cleaning of the aluminium structure involves simply wiping with a soft cloth and with a garden house or high/medium water pressure to remove dirt from the roof cover.
Avoid using harsh cleaning cloths and brushes as it may result in scratches to the surface of the aluminium structure and the polycarbonate roofing panels.
Gutters can be cleaned by unscrewing the inspection cap to the downpipe and allowing water to flush through the opening during cleaning.
All care must be taken to avoid damage to the structure and injury during cleaning of the structure.
It is the customers responsibility to occasionally inspect the structure particularly after strong winds for any loose parts and screws and notify the installer immediately.

Incorrect installation procedures can result in damage to the structure and injury.
Do not hang, climb or walk onto the roof at any stage as there is a risk of severe injuries and may cause significant damage to the structure.
Never hang or attach anything to the structure and the roof other than items specified by the manufacturer or written authorisation from Cantaport.
Never loosen the bolts or screws as this will weaken the structure and cause damage and or injuries.
